We are mobile and come directly to you and our website.

3. Do I need to provide any water or electricity?

We do not need any water or electricity from you.

4.What products do you use for detailing?

All of our chemicals are professional grade and made in Germany and America to guarantee quality.

5.What makes Eisen Auto Spa different from other detailing services?

With the convenience of mobile service, we come to you, providing maintenance-level car cleaning with professional-grade resources. 

6. How do i cancel and reschedule appointment?

To cancel an appointment please email support@eisencrewautodetailing.com must cancel 24 hours before service date.

7. Where do you perform the detailing? Can it be done at my home or workplace?

We provide service at residential homes and workplaces only. For workplace appointments, please ensure you have permission for us to park and clean your car on-site.

8. Do I need to prepare my car before you arrive?

We ask that you remove any personal items, such as firearms, valuables, prescription drugs, recreational drugs, and other belongings, before your appointment. Please park your vehical with 1 to 2 parking spaces apart and for homes please park in driveway with enough space for mobile van to park.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently support credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. More payment options will be added in the future.

10. How can I reach customer support?

We have multiple options for assistance. If you have a question now, please chat with our AI, and it will do its best to answer your questions. The other option is to contact us, and we will respond within 24 hours or less.

11. Where is my refund?

If issued a refund it is processed and within 24 hours and takes 24 to 48 hours for funds to arrive

12. how do i issue a refund if i cancel my booking:

  If booking has been canceled please contact us at  support@eisencrewautodetailing.com and we will issue the refund right away for funds to arrive please allow 24 to 48 hours.
